This course is competency based with the Occupational Health and Safety Management (OH) module, Team Leader (TL) and Auditor (AU) modules RABQSA International certified. Successful completion satisfies the attainment requirements for that specific module(s) and can be used to apply for auditor status with RABQSA International.

This is Lead Auditor training that is intense, but highly practical and effective. With proven methodologies for teaching you skills that are needed for auditing as a professional. The instructor guides you through the purpose of the OHSAS 18001 and Z-10 ANSI standard. You also will cover an overview relationship on how governmental regulations blend with these standards.

The RABQSA Certified Lead Auditor Courses under the TPECS Scheme are broken into modules. The first module covers the first two days on the standard of choice, either Quality, Environment or Health & Safety. The second Module covers the Auditor and Team Leader body of knowledge.

It allows busy people to learn and take module classes over a staggered time period. Also, once passing the Auditor/Team Leader module, to qualify for the other standards as lead auditor trained, just take the two day module on that standard’s module.

Solo and group activities reveal team dynamics and promote leadership skills. Leadership skills, interviewing techniques, objectiveness and diplomacy finesse are all reinforced in the learning process. The student will have actually performed a full audit cycle from planning to reporting results.

There will be 1 to 2 hours of homework each night.
