This is Lead Auditor training that is intense, but highly practical and effective. With proven methodologies for teaching you skills that are needed for auditing as a professional. The instructor guides you through the purpose of these standards and an overview relationship on how governmental regulations blend with these standards. Included is a method to integrate ISO 14001 with the Natural Step philosophies and sustainability. How the environment needs to be part of the overall business strategy.

Solo and group activities reveal team dynamics and promote leadership skills. Leadership skills, interviewing techniques, objectively and diplomacy finesse are all reinforced in the learning process. The student will have actually performed a full audit cycle from planning to reporting results.

There will be 1 to 2 hours of homework each night.
